Fitness Classes

For an optimal experience, we emphasize small group training and personalized attention in classes. As a result, we limit class size to 10 participants, with a wait list that allows up to 12. Please click here to reserve your spot online. Please note: Clients enrolled in the monthly unlimited package or in any of the monthly Refinery Batch Plans (Refinery 4, Refinery 8, Refinery 12, or Refinery Unlimited) have priority on the waitlist.

 THE WAKE UP CALL | MONDAY 6AM

Rise and shine, sleepy head. It’s Monday and those arms, legs and core are pumped to start the week out right. We’ll get the heart rate up and the stress level down.

 

THE REBOOT | TUESDAY 6AM and 9:30AM, THURSDAY 6AM

Body not what it used to be? Step up to the barre for isometric holds balanced with conditioning. We emphasize toning and lengthening muscles to improve posture and prevent injury, so you can train for the ultimate ultimate endurance race – everyday life.

 

THE QUICKIE | TUESDAY & THURSDAY 12:30-1PM

Only have a half-hour? We’ll make it quick, but effective. Strength training on Tuesdays. Core and conditioning on Thursdays. Come early for extra warm up or stay later for stretching. It’s your nooner.

 

THE POWER PLAY |  4:15-5PM

Power up kids, and we’re not talking video games. It’s time for a little “tough love” with agility training, strength and flexibility for young athletes. There’s a time and a place for pushing boundaries. This is it.

THE ACCELERATOR | FRIDAY 3:45-4:45PM

Getting strong and lean is a nightly ritual ‘round here. Integrated strength and conditioning will whittle those waists and pump up those muscles. Burn baby, burn.

 

THE LUMBERJACK | FRIDAY 6-7AM

Who’s ready to sport a little brawn? This strength and endurance training is geared specifically for men. We go beyond the bench press to keep the whole body lean and strong. Go ahead, kiss those guns, you’re among bros.

 

THE BURN | MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 9:30AM, WEDNESDAY 6AM & Noon, FRIDAY 8:30AM

Join us for a fun hour of circuit strength training and conditioning to take your body to the next level. Push. Lift. Lunge. Make those muscles scream “Uncle!” Find your pace and we’ll burn accordingly.

 

THE FRIENDLY FIRE | MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 8:30AM

Meet The Burn’s nicer cousin. This strength and stability workout is will give your heart a boost, and your joints a little TLC. Work hard today without paying for it tomorrow. Thanks cuz’.

 

THE FLOW RIDA | THURSDAY 9:30AM

Chillax and go with the flow, Vinyasa style. We’ll help you get the body in alignment and improve flexibility to prevent injuries. Help your mind and body make the ultimate love connection.

 

 THE WARRIOR | SATURDAY 9:30AM

Calling all Weekend Warriors. It’s Saturday, and we’ve all got some atoning to do. Sweat it out, burn it off, power it up. Pave the way to a well-earned night of indulgence.

 

THE CHILL PILL | TUESDAY 7-8PM

Day is done, and it’s time to kick those worries to the curb with some restorative yoga. Prevent overtraining, increase flexibility and become better attuned to your own awesomeness. Om.

 

SOLE TRAIN | TUESDAYS 6AM, THURSDAYS 9:30AM, SATURDAYS 8:30AM

Runners, take your mark. The Refinery is hitting the road. Running coach Lyndsay Price will set the course and offer tips along the way, plus speed work to charge you with a sure foot and a second wind. Ándele!
