3 Foods to Naturally De-bloat and Get your Glow On!

Good Morning and Happy Sunday!

Did you survive the first week back to school?  I hope so.

Fall is upon us and I, for one, am super excited about it.  I am looking forward to getting back into a routine.

This week I wanted to share my secret  “quick and dirty’ way to drop a few pounds FAST and get your skin glowing.

Recently, one of my clients was attending a family wedding and really wanted to do something to feel a little thinner and have that healthy glow.  She wanted  to look her best.   I get it.  We all have those special occasions were we want look our very best.

But as  health coach and personal trainer, I can tell you there is no crash dieting allowed!  Sorry folks, it just doesn’t work.

So how is a gal supposed to get herself looking her best for a special occasion?

Well, here are my 3 foods that naturally de-bloat and detoxify the body. They leave you feeling slimmer, healthier and also give your skin a bit of a fresher look!

#1: Wild Salmon– loaded with omegas and healthy fats, this super protein helps decrease inflammation, which allows your body to flush our excess water weight and toxins! Also gets your skin glowing and the large amount of protein keeps you full.

#2: Asparagus- I love asparagus. It’s like my super vegetable. I can’t live without it. It helps breaks down toxins like free radicals and carcinogens and then flushes it out from your body. It also has diuretic properties, which helps you look and feel slimmer! And, it got anti-aging properties for your brain function. Obviously, we should all be eating this super veggie!

#3: Watermelon- watermelon is refreshing, but it also aids in digestions and hydration so your body can flush out, what is it? Oh, right, TOXINS! It helps decrease inflammation, it’s also loaded with vitamin C to help protect you from getting sick and contains fiber so it aids in digestion as well! Wow, that’s what I call a super food!

I recommend adding all 3 foods into your diet for 3 days prior to your special event +  drink lots and lots of water.

So there you have it, my three super flush foods to feel slimmer and healthier in no time!
