Good Evening and Happy Sunday My Friends!
The weather has finally turned and we are deep into the beautiful, albeit wet, Fall weather.
The beauty of the changing seasons is the bounty that it brings- seasonal fruit and vegetables!
I recommend focusing on eating seasonally for better health.
Eating seasonally, is more affordable, tastes better, and is festive! This allows you to have the freshest food available, and the flavor is outstanding. Choosing whole, unprocessed options will allow you the greatest benefit from the food you’re consuming. This goes for year-round. If you have not already, cutting out or drastically reducing the amount of processed foods you consume will be most helpful to you and your family. (It is time to get rid of that Halloween candy : )
