It is another absolutely GLORIOUS day here in Portland and I am so excited to get outside and enjoy this warm and sunny weather.
But first I want to talk about the infamous Morning Elixir that I include in all of my seasonal detoxes. Don’t worry! You don’t have to be detoxing to drink this elixir.
The Morning Elixir Recipe
To make, mix:
- 1 cup room temperature water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon raw honey OR a couple drops of stevia (optional)
- Dash sea salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
Health Benefits of the Morning Elixir include:

I also think it sets the tone of the day. I recommend drinking this first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. This will help set you up for a DAY OF HEALTH and HAPPINESS!
